Bookmarking a planning application from the Discover feed saves it to your leads list. You can view, filter, and manage saved leads from the Saved leads page. Each bookmarked application counts as one lead against your plan limit.
On Starter and above, you can set an alert on any application from the Track page. When LeadLinka detects a status change - e.g. Pending → Approved - you'll get an email notification automatically. Status checks run nightly.
Applicant and agent names are pulled directly from council planning portals. Phone, email, and company registration data (available on Professional+) comes from public Companies House records and is refreshed regularly.
